Getting back on track

I'm back on track...just reminding myself how important it is to get back on track as quick as possible every.single.time I get off track again so that weeks or months don't go by...I'm always telling M it's better to face the scale or the food tracker or procrastination or whatever and deal with the small problem then go back to ignoring it and then have a much bigger, more complicated problem to deal with...just need to follow my own advice!
