It just feels good to walk. It feels normal to me once again, to wake up at 630 am and get dressed, make my way to the track and get my 3 miles in, and then some.
I have been doing this once, and on several occasions, twice a day for the last couple of weeks. I dont think I have missed a walk since Saturday before last.
I am once again adding some inclines, walking up some very steep hill roads around the town.
Just trying to add some calorie burn and muscle building.
I feel pretty confident this is working out well for me. I feel so good. As for snacking, late evening snacking is almost totally out of my life.
I am feeling pretty good about it and hoping when I go back to the doctor for my regular bp check in November, I will see a weight loss.
This is important to me, because I really hit a wall for so long, not losing.
As of today I am hoping to see a loss of 5 pounds. That is two weeks so I am confident I can reach this small goal.
The rest is just gravy!!!
But, please hold the gravy and have the broccoli instead!!!
