Week 24: 10/9 to 10/15, 2015
Weigh In Wednesday: 168.3lbs (I made a mistake with the past week weight, it was 168.8lbs)
Nutrition: Still tracking and there is clear evidence that I am overeating. I was able to write a personal blog on my struggles.
Fitness: FM = 223 minutes
Calories burned through workouts: 1213 cals
NSV: The scale is not acting nicely but my clothes are loose.
Challenges: Still Overeating
Close to my goal of 250 minutes per week. Coming week would be better. I am picking myself up, likkle by likkle.
I am dedicating this blog to someone (Lamar Odom), I will not emphasize all the weaknesses that led him to this stage but the struggles that he went through in life. This situation could happen to anyone and it even happens to us on a daily basis.
An important part that caught my attention was his physique that had changed drastically over the years maybe due to overeating and letting his guards down when the chips were down.
Picking ourselves up when the "uncontrollables" happens to use is not magic, it's only by the Grace of God and our determination to stand up again.
My prayers goes out to him for a recovery.
