Day 75 - Small Wins

Today, look at your own actions and identify all the ones that help move you closer to your goals. Label these as small wins. Stack these wins on top of each other and then look for ways to create more of them.

Some of my small wins:
Able to walk for 30 minutes and be comfortable.
Maintaining or slowly losing each week (even when traveling)
Able to do some cooking for us again
Able to do things I have not been able to do for years - like balance on one leg
Enjoy walking in the morning and evening
Having to find new clothes, because the ones I have are too big
