Inconsistant with tracking!

I am as inconsistent with trackers as I am with food. I keep jumping from Spark to Lose it to My Fitness Pal. I have no idea why. It is like I have tracker attention deficit disorder.
There are things about all of them that I like. But this inconsistency is causing problems in my journey. Plus, if I had stuck with Spark, the 100s of hours of fitness I have done this year would all be in one place! Now its in three places. Sigh.
So I am inconsistent with food, tracking food and sticking with an eating plan.
I am consistent with fitness. Obsessed actually. I do not miss a workout. Ever.
Now I really need to work on food and get back to my 100 days of weight loss book. That I am also inconsistent with.
Short term goals: My goal is to complete the daily entries in 100 days of weight loss everyday for the next 3 days. Second short term goal, research, purchase and read at least one book on emotional eating in the next week.
