Day 74 - Watch for Rainbows

Instead of letting you struggles pull you down, start training yourself to notice all the good things around you. Label these tiny bright spots as rainbows - gifts that slip in quietly, giving you an emotional boost right in the middle of an otherwise difficult day.
I have been looking for all the good things in like.
I love my walks in the morning (when possible) and the evening with my husband - sometimes his schedule does not allow the morning walk
Becoming more active and able to do more things after my knee replacement surgery in the spring
Enjoying stitching and reading and finding new favorite books, authors and teachers
Being able to cook again occasionally (standing too long is still challenging)
Being more comfortable when I move
Being able to be out and enjoy the weather.
