Day 73 - All-or-Nothing

People who are perfectionists tend to be all-or-nothing thinkers who follow the them, do it right or don't do it at all. To decrease your struggles with perfectionism, be willing to put one foot into the grey and set a goal of striving for excellence instead of perfection.
I have known for a long time that I am not perfect - I make a lot of mistakes - that makes me human. I try to do the best that I can and not worry that I am not perfect. I can be better tomorrow than I am today. The only person I am competing against is myself and as long as I improve, I am winning.
