I did it!

So I slept awful last night. I tossed and turned the whole night because of the heat and woke up late. I couldn't go to the gym because I had some job applications to drive over and turn in to human resources offices. I was out the door quickly with nothing to eat or drink, focused on getting these job applications in. Once I turned them in, it was 3:30 and I realized I was starving. As I was driving back towards the grocery store, every restaurant was a temptation. I just wanted to stop and eat and feel better. But I resisted!
I got to the grocery store, bought some healthy food, and came home and ate a quick, healthy lunch. I also planned out my dinner and evening snack. I have stayed within my calories, fat, carb, and fiber ranges for today.
I went over on my sodium by about 20 mg. but that's okay. The main thing is that I chose healthy eating today, even if I didn't get to exercise. Here's hoping I sleep better tonight so the gym is a reality tomorrow.
