And SP changed the blog writing mechanics again! Wish they would quit that!
So I've been gone a whole week, I'm behind on everything; if I have not checked in on your team yet, I will today.
What happened? A few things. I lost my motivation, I just got so tired. I got overwhelmed. I'm on too many challenges and active in too many teams. And life got overwhelming. I had something to do every day last week. It was mostly good, fun stuff, but was a little much for me. I'm not used to being that busy. And SP got to where it was taking me a few hours to do. Not good. I can't spend that much time on SP, much as I love SP, that is too much. And I have a kidney stone. Yesterday was in so much pain, but today it seems like it has moved to a place that doesn't hurt so bad. Working out is a challenge with a kidney stone!
So first my motivation. I think I found it again. We went to an apple farm last Thursday after the fun at the petting zoo and such, you had to walk (uphill) back to the store and to the parking lot. I lost my breath and was huffing and puffing getting back, just walking at a normal pace. Not good. I can't keep on like this, I have to get in shape!
On too many challenges: I'm going to stick to my Biggest Loser challenge. And Burpee challenge. Other than that, I'll only keep on a challenge if it is something easy for me to add in. Trying to keep up with all of the challenges (and failing) was way too frustrating for me. One of the challenges was really complicated and I just got too overwhelmed.
So that is why I've been off of SP, it wasn't a conscious decision, I just had way too much on my plate, and got overwhelmed. I got on to check a few things but that was about it. I'd do stuff for a challenge and then not even get back on to put that I'd done it!
I'm going to write another blog on what I'm going to do. I need a new work out plan. One that will work for my week and busy days.
And if I haven't made if by one of the teams, I will sometime today!
