Day 70 - No Good or Bad

When eating, it's impossible to be good or bad. So from now on, stop using those words to describe yourself based on your food intake. By talking about each of your actions as a choice, you can eliminate the punishing self-messages that say you were bad.

This is what I have been doing for the last two years. Foods that I want to eat are included in my eating plan and counted. Some of them are not always the foods that are considered the most nutritious, but they are what I want.
