Week Twenty-Three (Motivating Goals That Result in Weight Loss)

Week 23: 10/2 to 10/8, 2015

Weigh In Wednesday: 166.8lbs

Nutrition: I am proud to say that I tracked every meal/anything that goes into my mouth for 2 weeks and 5 days today. emoticon . I have been overeating though, considering my journal and I hope to either work on getting a deficit this week or upping my exercise. I am trying my best

Fitness: FM = 111minutes.

Calories burned through workouts: I could not calculate the calories because internet had been bad this week, especially at home. I will do my best to be a friend with my HRM this week.

NSV: I was the “Featured Motivator of the Day on Sparkpeople”, I had desired that for so long and I love that it eventually came to pass. See picture on Sparkpage emoticon

Challenges: Overeating which I think is emotional in nature.

I was reading through articles on Sparkpeople today and I think I can make use with some re-orientation to ease my journey through to my weight loss goals. It’s about thinking of other things aside the scale, setting goals outside the numbers e.g. becoming stronger, running faster, lifting easily etc. The categories in this article includes

I want a new goal of having at least 250 fitness minutes per week. I know I can do this with planning and determination.
