Day 69 - No Cheating Allowed

Stop using the word Cheat when you refer to your eating plan. Instead, use the words choose or choice to describe your behavior. Over time, all of your choices affect your outcomes such as whether or not you lose weight.
I plan the food that I want in my plan. This includes things such as our treat fudge cycle, french fries occasionally, or other foods that might be considered cheat foods. If they are already included, you are not cheating, you made a choice to include them
