I am about to go to the store and get all the good things I am going to need to start my diet off right. There are somethings things are being placed on my menu for me to eat through this site but I don't really like some of it and I have tried to look through the other things it offers but even that is not what I want. I am wondering if it is okay to each stuff like when it calls for pork lion again can you replace that with a turkey patty or something like that? Any suggestions??

    I recommend starting off by eating the things you normally eat and tracking them in the food tracker so you can gain a sense of how many calories and fat and such are in the things you tend to pick up - then slowly start to change things... take out the REALLY bad choices, and slowly insert some really GOOD choices... I think if changes are gradual and you're learning while you're changing, then you're more likely to stick with it. Just my 2 cents :) MISS YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
