Beck Trek - Chapter 10 - Day 41 - Make a New To-do List

I've made and paper copy of the to-do list on page 265 to post in my office at work and taken a pic of it to carry with me on my phone.

Everyday I feel stronger and more confident in my Beck skills. I haven't been the most perfect Beckie (I still eat on my feet sometimes), but apparently perfection is not required for this program to work. My weight continues to drop and I don't feel like I am struggling. It's a good feeling.

I know the value in continuing to track food stuffs, and I appreciate that Beck takes the time to emphasize its importance. I eat pretty much the same thing every week day, so weekday food tracking is just a way for me to get more sparkpoints. I have learned from past experience that if I stop the weekday food tracking, it makes it harder to track on the weekends where my risk of unplanned eating is much greater. It's just best if I do it every day.
