I fee like I'm starting over. Life got busy in July so I had to drop out of my Aspire & Inspire Team Challenge then & am finally getting to jump back in. I'm eager to have a successful month & will give it my best.
I'm starting out the month a little lighter than my last weight in that was in June. I've dropped from 179.8 to a current weight of 178.6 but plan on seeing more of a drop in the coming weeks. To reach my weight goal of 177, I plan on:
*Continue my daily water intake of 10 cups daily
*Focus on 5-6 servings of FREGGIES daily
*Strive for 7 hours of sleep each night
*Adding short bits of exercise throughout the day to add up to 30 minutes per day x 5 days
*Lose from 178.6 to 177
Time to get on track for September.
