Five things I am grateful or proud of for today
1. I got up and do the Jillian michaels beginner shred workout
2. I was conscious of what I ate today
3. I exceeded my weekly target at work
4. Family time at Red Deer Rebels hockey game
5. Ran into 2 very dear friends I have missed very much!
I had a great day!
