I loved eating on Dr. Oz's 10 day rapid weight loss diet....so I am going to start again tomorrow. ( I had been on plan for a few days but pizza and a movie on Friday night was so tempting and I wasn't prepared with an alternative, so I caved...and so I am restarting tomorrow morning!)
One thing I will do differently this time is to put the scale away and just weigh in after the 10 days. If I see a loss, I get so happy that I think I sabotage myself. I start feeling like I am doing so well, why not "give myself a break" That thinking has basically kept me around the same weight for the past few months. I am ready to move forward again....so I think that this eating plan along with leaving the scale alone will help me. I will be trying HARD to track my eating and exercise, since I know that those are so important to my success! Here I go again!

Wed DID NOT EAT CHEESECAKE ON HUBBYS BDAY
Thurs WEIGHED IN TODAY- VERY LIGHT KETOSIS AND 175.6, BIT BUMMED!
Fri had the boys over for lasagne and the game- I did well!
Sat Soccer all weekend- did well with eating
Sun probably ate too much protein today!
Mon A few bites here and there but otherwise on track
Tues did well on plan
Wed stuck to plan
Thurs weighed in at 174.2 This last week was not a huge loss, but I think it was still a success! I feel better! I have a plan...and progress is progress!!
