Week Twenty-Two (Food Tracker)

Week 22: 9/25 to 10/1, 2015
Weigh In Wednesday: 166.8lbs
Challenges: I still had some challenges to overcome during this week but I think I am having some breathing spaces right now and the week 23 starting today will be a full and filled week for me. I did some batch cooking yesterday which should take care of my meals for the week and I will be clearing the exercising room tonight to create space for a sweat-dripping week.
My tracking has been on point and it is one of the points for discussion in the BLC Weekend Challenge. I am to speak about my Nutrition Tracker and how I use it.
For my nutrition and exercises, I use MyFitnessPal. It is more convenient for me and also wide. I get a wide range of my local foods/ingredients to track unlike on SP. I first off track my meals in a journal and transfer into the tracker only when I have doubts on what I am eating, i.e. either I feel they are too low or two high. I enjoy doing this and it keeps me on track whenever I am consistent.
