Getting my routine

Yes, I'm still going to the gym. I'm still loving it. I still really like the glutekicker & armblaster programs on the elliptical & still incorporating strength training. Most of my back fat is gone. Oh yeah, I still have a lot to lose, but I'm finding all different types of machines that work all over. Today I've been kinda dragging my feet. Didn't really feel like exercising or going to the gym. Had 30 minutes to kill before having to get online so I did Jessica Smith's fit in 15 routine. Got my blood moving. Did my online session & grabbed Jessica again for a 30 min power walk. Did a few errands & Jessica and I zumba'd for 30 min. I might get a bit more cardio in today. Who knows, I could still end up at the gym. I'm the meantime, I need to get the ingredients I need for Zuppa tuscana soup. Making my stomach growl just thinking about it, along with a kale & spinach salad with chicken. Mmm. Yeah, I'm ready for food. I'll get more exercise in while it's cooking.
