October Goals - our question of the day

So I don't lose sight of my goals in the discussion forum of my BLC team, I thought I'd pop them into a blog post! They are quite important goals with what I have coming up in the near and slightly farther future:
Increase my mileage and start my training proper for the half marathon - which I am walking. It will be hard to walk it all. I will be tempted to run. I hope that having an audio book will help keep me from running and keep it from being boring.
I want to lose at least 5lbs in October. It would be great to lose 8.
Complete another fat fast before my blood tests Oct 23rd.
