Where do I start...

Had my echocardiogram, now I have to wait until next week (or whenever the doc sends the letter) to find out how it was. No IV, thank goodness!

I went onto FB today and the first thing I saw was my cousin's post regarding the death of her brother. What a shock; our family hadn't been called until around 4pm. It happened Sunday, but they just found him this morning. I hate FB for those reasons; anymore people post invites to things, and stuff like that which is a shock to see. Sometimes I wish it'd never been those cases.

I hope you have a great week and remember to never know who's life you may save with that one simple act.

((((HUGS))) sorry for your loss. i agree FB can be many things but it should never be used for invites to special occasions or to announce the death of someone.

Understand completely when it comes to FB. There are somethings you shouldn't learn that way. Sorry you did.

Love the last paragraph! What encouraging words!

I am sorry to hear about our cousin. I, too, have found out about family members through social media. That's tough!

Hoping you hear good news about your test!

so sorry to hear about your cousin's husband. definitely a shock and I can only say that is one of a multitude of reasons for not being on FB. But anyway, so very sorry for the loss.

HUGS my dear. Thinking of you, too, as you await your Echo results.

    My emoticon are on you.

Oh s**t. What a shock. One of the side effects of being in the second half of your life is that people who you thought would always be there, aren't anymore. Sorry you had to find out like that.
Grieve however you choose to. Feel what you feel. Then feel the hugs being sent to you.
