Good Use of a Bad Mood!

I had a down day.
Yesterday I was tired when I got home. Kids at school and my 93 year old mom just wore me out. Then I saw it. My Verizon bill was $30 more than I had expected. I was ready to talk with a customer service representative!
I discussed the fact that we were paying good money for bad service, and that the bill did not correctly reflect what was discussed in the Verizon Store. The service representative was very good, and offered to send me a Network Extender free of charge. Donna, I thank you for your help. I did not back down, and today Verizon seemed to understand just what I needed.
Hopefully, my next bill will be accurate, and our phone service will improve with the network extender. My bad mood is gone with the thought that the wireless phone service will improve soon! Now THAT is good use of a bad mood. I didn't take it out on my family. I used it to solve a chronic problem.
