Had a little mishap pulled a muscle in my thigh so had to take a few days off from exercising. Also took a " Sister" trip to visit our Brother in Columbus. Now I am back and rebooting.
Goal this month is to do 30 days of squats
Mid term goal is to loose 16 #'s by 2016
Long term goal is to loose 100#'s Oct. 2016
