Because I am a coach at work and I feel like I need coaching when it comes to weight loss, I often speak to myself like I would my co-workers, friends or family.

Kelli- You are really making progress! I know it feels like you backslid over the weekend. You were not feeling well at all and didn't track your food. You did still get out and do things with Tamara and had fun. The great thing about her is that she is a good influence on your health! You spend much of your time studying on the computer about clean eating and making small baby step plans towards that. Sometimes life doesn't allow us to follow the plan to at T. Sometimes we have to get extra sleep and take it easy so we don't get tons of exercise. That is ok. You still made lots of progress on your journey. You are starting to see the tortoise gets somewhere after all! Keep it going- you're feeling better and getting on track again. Today, you tried organic shredded wheat - and liked it! It is so much healthier than the cereal you used to eat. You started drinking more tea. You are making the right steps in the right direction and don't ever lose sight of the finish line!
