Beck Trek - Chapter 8 - Day 28 - Get Ready to Weigh In

I weigh every morning at about the same time. I've done this for years. I've read that people who are maintaining weight loss do better if they weigh themselves every day. It has worked well for me.

I have this posted over my scale:

The number on the scale is "exactly what it should be" based on what I ate, how much I worked out, water retention, and other biological influences. I will use the scale as one tool to tweak my program. I will also look at other indicators of how my program is working...like my clothes fitting better, feeling more energy and stronger in my workouts, and giving myself credit for strengthening my resistance muscle.
