Gym bound continued

So I completed my 5-day free pass at the gym. Signed up as a new member on Monday. I didn't go to the gym yesterday, just did my cardio & my 30 day skinny jeans challenge workout. It's ok to miss a day at the gym.
This morning I spent an hour 15 minutes at the gym. Great workout.
Discovered 2 different machines. An an coaster, works lower abs and and you can turn sideways to get the obliques. Wow. That's worth going to the gym twice a day Just for that.
I weighed in today at 158.8. My lowest weight in 21 years. I have 17.2 lbs to reach my target weight. Had some weight increase which slowed my progress so now throwing in a gym workout might "shock" my body into losing weight again. I need all the shocking I can get. Lol.
I'm on the road to a better, healthier lifestyle. Yay me!
