I was just reading about the benefits of sweating and how it helps your body release toxins. You can get a beneficial sweat from a steam or infra-red sauna.

OR

You can have loads of fun, get your cardio, lower your blood pressure, etc. etc. by learning some dance steps and joining a group. My group is a Line Dance group and I'm having a blast!

When I watch these I think they really don't look like they take that much effort, but I'm saying, when you do this for an hour or two, or three, you KNOW you've burned some calories, lol.

Another side effect, you can't do this and come away anything but upbeat and HAPPY!
