Golden rules (some of them)

1. If it is for keeps then it is a lifestyle change not something you will do right now but can and will do forever.
2. Do your best right now – Make it a Fresh start daily. Let the past be in the past.
3. One small step at a time then repeat
4. Focus on the good stuff, Good people, good music and good attitude
5. Non scale goals are powerful tools set some
6. Find others that have been successful – but only borrow the tools that feel right to you.
7. Believe you can – if you are not there yet work on it
