Time for my second accountability check in. This one has to be quick as I need to get to work by 715 and I haven't eaten breakfast yet (the oats are still cooking).

    This reminds me of my accounting as I was losing my weight. I didn't do it nearly as organized as you are. No pictures. Just a hand-written table with columns of weight, waist, hip, arm, thigh and comments. It helped to see the inches go off, then the pounds. I kept it up, measuring every couple weeks until I reached my goal. Now that paper is in my "Special Current" remind me and to compare if I need to.

    Hey, I see a great progression. First I noticed how much stronger you are getting--more push ups.and crunches. The difference in BMI is tremendous...and only in 30 days! In fact, your determination and consistency shows up in EVERY measure.
