As stated previously, Sunday is now the start of my week! So, I have started the week with a nice long walk with my children and our dog in the rain! My legs are sore, but I feel great!
This past week I started writing 5 things I like about myself each day...whether it's something good I did, something that made me feel happy or proud...5 nice or good or positive things each day, written right before bed!
I also resumed my hypnosis app to help me sleep (it's working)
And I resumed my AM writing...3 pages first thing in the morning to clear the cobwebs! As per "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron...love it
These things I've resumed or began or to promote a positive optimistic outlook for myself...along the lines of The Secret...what you think, you become. Out with the bad, focus on the good!
This week, I will continue my writings and the hypnosis and will add the walking...
