Starting a list that I can edit / add to as a great reminder of what I'm achieving... even when the scale seems stuck.

New PB (11/12): Ran 60 minutes (no walking), 5 miles (11:45 min miles)
Distance (10/13): Ran/walked 4.5 miles in 60 minutes (10.5mph/12.5mph/walk)
New PB (10/7): Ran 4 miles with no walk breaks! (13mph, slower, pace)
New PB (9/30): Ran 10K with no walk breaks!!! (13mph, slower, pace)
New PB (9/15): 5K in 37:15 (eliminating most of my walk breaks, at an 11mph pace)
New PB (9/19): Ran 5K without stopping for any walk breaks! Woot!! (slow 13mph pace, no walk breaks, 41:15)
New PB (9/19): Ran 4 miles in 53:40 (13 min pace, very few walk breaks)
In June 2015, I could barely run 1 minute, walk 2 for a mile.

10/13: Adding regular core work to strength training days
9/15: Strength training regularly, upper and lower body

10/15: Lost 5 inches from waist
8/15: Lost 3 inches from waist

10/15: Wearing size 12 routinely (what was snug a month ago now fits fine)
9/15: Wearing some size 12 jeans (not all size 12s fit, but SOME do!)
6/15: Started at a size 16 (barely fitting)

Feeling like an athlete in training
Squatting with WEIGHT on the bar
Adding core work because you can actually see my abs (under a layer of fat, but still)
Staying hydrated, which is a BIG bonus for me (getting my water almost every single day)
Eating well without having to think too much about it
Cravings down to almost zero... just around my hormones (1-2 days / month of cravings)
Emotions and stress feeling SO UNDER CONTROL (lots less emotional eating as a result)
Sleeping great
Lots of energy
Planning new fitness adventures (tried kayaking & love it; planning another 14'er; races starting next spring)
