Waist nipper

Friday, September 18, 2015

I bought a waist nipper today. I was surprised to find that I only needed a small.
I am a waist size 38.5.
When I wear the corset, it allows me to buckle my belt 2 slots!
I know
I know
not the healthiest way to go about things. Tuff luck! I'm doing it anyway. I've tried everything else and nothing works. I tried exercising/ eating right etc etc and it never ends. I'm just too weak to avoid the foods I love...and the fact that I'm a fairly big eater. I eat twice as much as my boyfriend.

This corset helps with my posture and supports my back so I can walk longer and move around more. I FEEL thinner.

I eat less, alot less, when I'm wearing it. There simply isn't enough room in my squished belly to fit all that food.

What triggered this was I had another binge last night. I don't know what came over me. I haven't done that in MONTHS! I thought it was a battle won and long over...
wrong. emoticon I tried everything to avoid it....in the end, it just resulted in the binge happening much later at night, which, in my opinion, made it that much worse.

I'm curious how much I can loose with a corset being worn most days, all day.

My friend lost 3 pounds a week consistently over several months until the corset got too big to wear, so she bought a smaller size..
