Here we are again. Doing well! I am pretty proud! Down another 1.6# from yesterday! It is amazing how much better I feel. I already feel better about my body, but more importantly, I can already feel my psoriasis causing less itching / issues! It is amazing! I am hoping to see improvement in my PCOS symptoms as well and I cannot wait for that - less acne, bloat, etc? Yay!!

Yesterday was an excellent day for meals. I ate my healthy planned breakfast and lunch. For dinner I made plain chicken breast (I truly like it just plain!), couscous, and boiled cauliflower. All foods I do not mind plain, but I did add some parmesan cheese primarily to the cauliflower just to make it fun. All with good control and healthfully! Yum! I did not snack except for a small bite (maybe 1/2 Tb) of natural peanut butter in the evening. I felt good!

I unfortunately slacked in the exercise area. I was going to get on the elliptical at work for 30 minutes, but we had a lunchtime meeting that I had forgot about. In the evening, we had a Parent Meeting for my daughter's Pre-School so that also took up a portion of my evening. We walked there, so I suppose that was good, but it was held at our local library, which is only 4-5 blocks from our house. A SHORT walk. :) Regardless, we got home way too late and everything was rushed after that. I did get down and do just ONE day of my Abs challenge, but I did not even finish arms! Today is a new day!! Unfortunately, my husband is picking up a shift at work here and I will have to pick the kids up after work - which means, no yoga! :( Booooo!! Next week!!

Water intake was good. I drank every last bit of 3 Liters! Sleep - well, as I said, with being rushed last night, it did not go so well. I probably only got about 5 hours of sleep. Since hubby works nights, he is often up a lot on the nights he is home. Often, it will not bother me, but last night I woke EVERY time he moved! Ugh. Hoping tonight is more restful!

So....overall goal is now 3.2# in the next 3 days. Do-able? I am not sure, but I am sure going to give it my all to find out!!


Eat around 1200 calories.
Consume 96 oz H20.
No added Sugar/Sweets/Desserts.

Elliptical Workout @ Lunch (30 Min) if time!
Abs/Arms Challenge - Do Days 20-26 (Catch Up)

Go to bed by 9:30p to get at least 8 hours of sleep.

Here we go.....I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.... :)
