Started my day at the Nutritionist's office and as I suspected last night my UTI is still not gone. Thankful I am seeing the Naturopath tomorrow morning and will add that to my list of things to discuss. All the other levels were good and the scale did finally move in the right direction again.

Once home I pulled out the schoolbooks with the hope of having most of the work done before I left for my lunch with Janette. Wasn't meant to be I guess. Maegann finished hers nicely, but Isaac had already decided he didn't want to do the work so instead of the battle I just closed his books. My plan is now to reverse the work and start with the favored subjects first and see if we can get through more and then math can be done or not for now.

I headed out to meet Janette at a local Subway about noon and we had to laugh when we noticed it had been almost 3 hours! Oops! Yep...kids were home and thankfully they did okay together. Whew!

Once home I spent a couple hours on co-op work accomplished. Just a couple emails I need to hear back on to finish one thing, but it will take a second once I get the info.

Tonight we are watching Dancing With the Stars and since we missed the premiere last night we were glad they did a recap show tonight. Seeing all the dances and that's all we cared about.

Tomorrow...

I have to leave here about 8 for my doctor visit and should be home by 10:30. Isaac will head out with Kenzie for physical therapy about 10 and the only way I can be home by then is if the doc is right on time at 9. Not usually the way it goes though. I hope she has some ideas on something to help stabilize the moods as I am tired of the depression-like moods and the anxiety level when I'm home. I can tell the difference when I am with my son and when I'm not. That's not a good thing and I know it keeps my "fuse" shorter.

Schoolwork with the kids will happen throughout the day and then I have the Board meeting in the evening.

This has been a busy week....the calendar looks much kinder next week! Gym time isn't coming easy either.

I have a mood crash when my family gets home a lot of times. I feel like no one listens to me or cares about my wants/needs, but I think that's a standard feeling for everyone, but for moms especially.

Ugh. Retrying this comment. I bet having a long visit with a friend will help, as well getting that UTI cured. They aren't the main problem, but they make it harder to deal with the other stuff. Are you taking an actual antibiotic?

Janet - I've noticed the same thing with me pertaining to my family. I can be in a great mood and then the family gets home and things immediately go downhill. Of course, last night I was super tired (that's my reason and I'm sticking to it emoticon ). I hope that today goes smoothly with everything on the calendar!

Just take a deep breath. You have been through the first week of co-op before and made it. You will survive this as well.

Boy, sorry to hear about how your mood changes depending on whether you are with Isaac or not. It may also be that way for him, so your moods are feeding off of each other. Very unfortunate for both of you.
