Whoops, totally let my goals slip my mind this last week! I knew I mentioned something about meeting my step goal each day, and I haven't done that. Here is how my last week has gone:
-Skipped the treadmill last Wednesday.
-Went to personal training on Thursday.
-Did my tabata workout Friday morning, followed by a walk with the dog, then went to the state fair with my hubs and did a ton of walking.
-Saturday involved a ton of walking, but also a ton of drinking. We had a morning football game, so had to be at the bar at 7AM!
After the game we crashed a 20 year high school reunion because a lot of my husbands friends were a part of that class. A LONG day of drinking.
-Worked on Sunday, then went and became one with the couch. I was so tired!
-Monday, still SO tired! Worked 10.5 hours, went home and again, became one with the couch.
-Tuesday, did my tabata workout in the morning, personal training in the afternoon.
-Today, didn't get my workout in this morning. Will try to do a quick tabata workout tonight when I get home. If not, maybe I can get the hubs to take a walk around the neighborhood with me and the dog.
The scale isn't really moving, and I'm sure that's because of building muscle as well as my constantly sore muscles retaining water, but I'd really like to see the scale start showing a little bit small number! My pants are not yet fitting me differently, though my husband says his are. Several people have mentioned his face looks thinner - why am I not seeing change?! Ugh... I know it just takes time, but I'm not good at being patient! Weight loss and paying off debt - both require time and both are driving me to the point of insanity!
Rant over - now I just need to keep pushing...
