long day n tired

Sighs been up since 5am because of work only got just over 2 hours of non solid sleep. Get to the location for the day to learn it's a half day. Do the shift, repack my 500 pounds of gear n haul it back to the van.
Glucose levels all day are close to hypo or at the hypo mark - woke up at mmol 2.6 had sugary cereal for breakfast instead of the protein shake only spiked me to 5 thus after setting up I was back down to 3.2
It's one of those weeks up n down no rhyme or reason to it.
Got home unloaded the van only to learn my husband wonted to go for a walk, change n off we go. He stopped n got Popeye's for himself n they messed up his order big time, so he's not happy he was saying he'd get me something and my brain just wasn't registering, could have had Chinese but turned it down, could have had swama but turned it down.
Means over burned over a thousand calories and I'll not even be able to hit 1200 for the day in food eaten, wish I'd just gotten the vegan Chinese food but it just didn't sound good n my brain wasn't even thinking about food.
Sighs as said one of those days, get home from the walk n I'm at mmol 4 - should be starving or wonting food or at least sugar n no my brain isn't even registering that it needs the carb n protein combo.
