7 Days to DietBet End - Daily Blog Countdown. Day #5.

So I weighed in this morning and I lost another 1# over night. I was hoping to lose 1.2#, but I will take it since I splurged on Cascadian Farms Raising Bran w/ Chocolate Cashew Milk last night! That was NOT part of my plan, but WOW was I craving it! :D

Yesterday's nutrition ended up being okay even after the lunch time fiasco with the processed whole wheat sandwich. For dinner I had leftover homemade pizza. Not a super great meal, but we make pretty healthy pizza. I also had some roasted avocado couscous stuff that I had left over and ate it with cottage cheese. I thought I ate way too much, but apparently it was okay. Then the raisin bran - wow, it just sounded so good! After that I was really craving chocolate, so I got out, and even measured, 1 serving of chocolate chunks....BUT.... I did not eat them. I had them in my hand ready to go and ended up leaving them setting on the counter. I knew I had to be stronger than my craving or it could have went downhill, fast. I did it! I was stronger (than one out of two cravings last night!)!

I did not do as good on water intake. I drank about 2.5L instead of the goal of 3L, but I just did not want anymore water at the end of the day. I was okay with that.

Exercise was good. I did about 75 minutes of a yoga class as planned and also caught up on 3 of my Abs/Arms Challenge days that I am behind on. My abs feel better this morning!! I did not get on the treadmill last night. I just wanted to relax as hubbby was working and the house was quiet after I put the kids down.

Overall, yesterday was so-so. I know I can do even better. I have 4.7# to lose in 4 days. :) Keeping pace pretty well, but it will be a challenge!! Hoping to be a DietBet winner!!

Today's Goals:

Nutrition:
Consume around 1200 calories.
Consume 96 oz H20.
No added Sugar/Sweets/Desserts.

Fitness:
Elliptical Workout @ lunch for 30 minutes.
Abs/Arms Challenge - Do Days 20-26 (catch up).

Other: Go to bed by 9:30p to get at least 8 hours of sleep.

Looking forward to seeing what I can do in just 4 days!! I am definitely nervous, but hoping I can do this! If so, that would mean I would be at not only pre-pregnancy weight, but also a weight that I haven't been since pretty much pre-marriage!! Yay! THEN onto another DietBet challenging me to lose another 5.1#. Yikes. Now those numbers have not been seen since around 2008!! That would be very exciting!!
