Fall 5% Challenge Commitment

Well, I read an interesting article the other day about the difference between interested and committed, I think I blogged about it...well, I am officially throwing down the gauntlet and committing to my health and fitness. I have signed up for the fall 5% Challenge, which starts 26 September...
I commit to allowing my body healthy movement daily...walking the dog and a 15-20 minute workout (like Zuzanna Light)...
I commit to furling my body with healthy foods which will promote my energy levels, sleep, and will make my insides happy...vegetables, grains, healthy fats, meat and non meat proteins, a little fruit...the occasional treat such as chocolate.
I commit to my spiritual health during this challenge, as well, and will practice meditation daily whether sitting or during yoga.
I am basically there with these commitments, but have not moved my body nearly enough. Now is the time and I am ready.
