Long Time no Write

I haven’t written a blog post in a really long time. I’ve been logging into spark every day and for the most part tracking food every day, but not really making any attempt to stay within ranges. And not really working out.
I read some of my old blog posts from when I was at my goal weight (145) and from when I was struggling and going all out trying to get back there (at 165)…. It makes me laugh… I’m 184-188 now and I’m like who was that girl? Where is she? Could she come back? I don’t understand how I can be so complacent now, when I was so motivated then. It’s like it isn’t even the same person writing.
Anyway, I kinda wouldn’t mind being that person again. So, I joined a fall 5% challenge and I’m really competitive so I hope it jump starts whatever I need to jump start. And I really need to update my photos on my page – all of the pictures are several years old at this point. Going to try to be more comitted.
