Part of the Fall 5% Challenge... 10 Reasons I'm Working to Lose Weight

1. I want to live a really long time, and be WELL for as long as possible.
2. I want to feel strong and capable.
3. I want to know my body is healthy inside and out, from the cells on up.
4. I want to look younger than I am. (Or, at least, really good for my age.)
5. I want to keep having new adventures.
6. I want to feel my best. Every day.
7. I want to be tall and lean again. (Not tall and big.)
8. Clothes are more fun when I feel great about myself.
9. I want to see what I'm capable of achieving.
10. I want to wow my husband, kids and friends.
