Hmmm, why do we considers Monday's the start of the week? Who wants to start the week with work or school? I think, starting today, my week will begin on Sunday and end on Saturday! So today isn't a new week, that was yesterday! Today is Day 2!
Yesterday, I started my week by charging my Fitbit and doing some food prep! Made chicken pot pie, tomato mac soup, pork roast...pretty set for this week's meals! Sweet and Sour meatballs defrosting, brown rice soaking...food planning...check
I've been using my Bosu ball throughout the day, I just do step ups and balance on it as I walk by. I can feel it in my glutes! Need to add some upper body, too...this week, I will!
My sleep had been poorly, I started taking melatonin, I have had two great nights of sleep! Sleep is good!
There you go, Day 2 of this week, I am prepared for a good week! Released 1 lb last week, let's do it again this week! Huaw! Everything worthwhile takes some time!
