-I earned 725 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 4,555 calories!

-Including exercise, I averaged 825 net calories a day, which is on target.

-The scale continues. Holding fast at 158.5, but dare I say edging downwards? I have been fighting hard and I'm optimistic this week!
