I fell a week behind, but I'm catching up now!

-I consumed 10,720 calories this week, which averages 1530 daily. I met my caloric goals only 3/7 days this week. I didn't feel any more hungry or stressed than normal, but I usually do better.
-I earned 780 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 4,775 calories!
-Including exercise, I averaged 850 net calories a day, which is on target.
-The scale has declared a stalemate. I'm always between 158.5 and 159.5. Darn, this stuff isn't easy!
