Wonderful morning of worship and a day where I felt like each lesson was hand picked just for me. Much needed time.
Once home I headed to the gym and had a good cry/talk with God on the way there. I asked for Him to fill me with His truth about my life and I was not disappointed. The TV's on the elliptical line were down so I plugged in my iPod and put it on "shuffle." Here's the order that played:
Gold by Britt Nicole
Love Alone Is Worth the Fight by Switchfoot
What I Believe by Skillet
Love, Love, Love by Sidewalk Prophets
We Won't Be Shaken by Bldg 429
God's Not Dead by Newsboys
Not Gonna Die Tonight by Skillet
If you know these songs you will know the value of the words spoken. Besides the words, the progression of the songs made me smile. Started personal, moved to the Christian walk and ended with promises.
I had also been praying about how to enhance things at co-op to make sure His presence was in that building first thing and I kept hearing "music." Playing along....asked for a particular message in the song and I heard two repeats from the above playlist on the radio. "What I Believe" and "We Won't Be Shaken." So I told Maegann we must take her "Rise" CD by Skillet and play it during setup in the morning. I also asked a Board member to come early and spend time going room-to-room and praying before the students and teachers entered those rooms.
After lunch I got busy processing food items for lunches and supper tomorrow. Putting veggie soup in the crockpot so no work to be done once home tomorrow re: food. Next up was my now "MUST DO" list for co-op. Took a little longer than I thought as I had received several emails so dealt with those changes too. I did take a break about 3:30 and took Maegann to Claire's so she could buy a new backpack for her co-op binders and books and then came home and finished up. I was hitting "close" on the co-op email at 5 p.m. Did some organizing for the week, cleaned out my co-op binder as I had to put everything in a new one and finally sat down to watch the cooking show (Next Food Network Star) on Netflix while Sparking.
Off to sleep in about 90 minutes from now, but the kids are tucked in bed for the night. We are all ready to get tomorrow underway.
While I was busy with my stuff.... Tim was helping Maegann finish up her pigeon coop. I'll have to get a picture this week of it...very nice! Isaac headed off to his friend Nate's for the afternoon and that was a blessing in many ways. He is so nervous about co-op tomorrow so it was great that he had a distraction. It was also nice that we could have a break from each other too after a long week of behaviors. He had a really good day and that's a blessing too.
Tomorrow... Co-op from 8:30-2:30 and then I must crash. Going to be so tired as this is one of the craziest days for me with all the questions, seeing if the help was balanced in the classes and updating facility charts so we know how to put things back at the end of the day.
