Yes. I want to WIN.
(That's an uncommon thing for me to say).
What? What do I want to win?
Well... I think that this weight body game story is number one... the longest narrative running and all headway pays off in SO many other areas of my life.
I'd like to win the Scale Numbers
I'd like to wind the Body Movement VITALITY formula replacing the calorie-burn

OUIJI BOARD -- I'm in a current scale conundrum
173.6 to 165.8 in 7 weeks of WW
But scale back up to 170 today -- with only some high sodium restaurant eating to blame

"I've been 'good'" Wtf does that mean?
I've been On Target, On Tracking, On Mindset, On Fitbit
(Is this the new sleigh ride?)
Maybe so.

Short term goal - I want to see the 50's
That means trucking ALL THE WAY thru the 60's
Don't put the cart before the horse
Don't put the machete before the chicken (that one's for you T hahahahah)

Turtle games

Water hasn't been high enough.
And, you betcha... I got some new stressors....
Gotta be vigilant or mindful or
GRACEFUL
(looking and finding that grace)

    Think of it like the ocean tide. It goes out, comes in, high, low, sometimes slight differences, sometimes really big highs and lows. But nothing is wrong. The tide just...is. And it's beautiful, in all of it's conditions. Be confident in knowing you're living your best even if the scale doesn't happen to show it that hour of that day that you weighed in. You know you're living right.

    I am seeing some CRAZY fluctuations on the scale during this awful heat wave. I can only assume it is water, but who knows? It could be stress. I am definitely moving a lot and eating less.
