Goal #2 is Squashed

Long before I joined WW, I planned my goals for myself. Not only did I decide what each goal would be, but also WHEN I wanted to reach it by. Well, my 2nd goal was to lose 40lbs by Father's Day. I met that goal on May 26th! I have currently lost 45.2 lbs and couldn't be happier about it! My next goal in site is to have 60lbs gone by Labor day, although I am anxiously awaiting seeing myself in "One"derland by July 4th. But, that is not an "official" goal.

To make it all ever sweeter, I bought clothes last weekend 2 sizes smaller than I bought in November. And, one pair of the capris are too big. Today, I tried on a skirt and pair of jeans a friend gave me in Feb. They fit! A little snug, but look good and I could definately get by wearing them. It isn't like I can't breathe when I sit down in them or anything. Wow! What an awesome adventure this has been.

I truly believe that when one plans their goals in advance and keep them literally in sight at all times, the goal will be achieved!
