Someone posted that there are 17 weeks until 2016...if you lose a pound a week that would be 17 lbs released by 2016...very doable...that is my new goal! By 2016, I will be 213lbs! Isn't it time the weight left and stayed away? Isn't it time for cardiovascular health? For strength? For flexibility? Aren't I worth it? I believe so. I am ready to provide the same care to my physical body as I have to my spirit and mind. Explore what is out there, provide nourishment, allow for growth!
But in the shorter span, so as not to panic myself, I completed my 5000 step goal for the day but did not walk my poor dog today! Nice longer walk tomorrow! Each day at a time, they will add up and I will be healthy and fit in time!
