Day 13 is the meat of the whole book...in my humble opinion.
This chapter is so practical...it lists both mindset and behavioral techniques to help you resist cravings.
I like practical.
I have the techniques posted on index cards on my fridge. I read them and I do them.
I used to think I could not get through the weekend without chips and salsa.
(corn and tomatoes)
I can and I do, now that I have applied the techniques in this chapter.
