Hi Everyone !
Just a quick update ...since I started my Intermittent Fasting May, 17th I have lost 12 pounds of stubborn fat . LOVE it ! I really have just 5 pounds or so to go . I just realized this week I am down a whole size and my leggings looked sloppy ...had to buy a smaller size .. ( OH My.. :)
I also started going to a couple of what they call "HIIT" classes at my gym a week .It is a hour of weights and interval training.
I was doing Body Pump , which I also enjoy but it was too hard to get into the classes and I had to get to the gym so early ...TOO early. It shouldn't take the whole day...there is much more to life and I love variety !
Also a few days a week I go into YOU TUBE right from my cell phone and follow a short cardio or weight routine at home. Denise Austin has several online and Natalie Jill has some great short workouts as well.
So I never feel like I can't get something in my day. it also makes me feel so good too ....So
