Banana Protein Pancakes!

I made these this morning and they were so yummy! They were sweet and flavorful enough that I ate them without syrup. You could probably make a bigger batch and grab a couple for a quick snack when you're on the go.
1/2 cup Fiber One pancake mix
1 mashed banana
1 scoop EAS Complete Protein Powder (vanilla)
The recipe on the box calls for 1/3 cup water, I didn't measure exactly but I probably used a little more than that due to the added protein powder. You could also use regular milk, almond milk, etc instead of water.
This made 4 good sized pancakes. 365 calories, 10.5g fiber, 19.5g protein.
